Welcome to My Story. My life. My Experiences

A year ago, I decided it’s time to change my lifestyle. This meant taking control of my life and making important decisions... and for the most part changing how I dealt with food.

Now I spend a lot of time researching to ensure that what I am putting into my body is as natural, nutritious and delicious as possible.

I train 6 days a week and focus on switching between Resistance and Cardio training, once a week I focus on Power Lifting - so my diet is different every day depending on what I am expecting my body to do.

Bearing in mind that every day is about less energy in and more energy out - I still have a way to go before I am at a maintenance stage.

Each week I will share my experiences, my ups and downs and hopefully some of it may be useful to you, on your journey.
