What's the Point?

My Fitness journey started about 12 months ago and to say it has been simple, easy or straight forward would be, well, a lie.

I stand here today though, 18 KG lighter, a whole lot stronger and an invaluable amount healthier. I still have a ways to go, but for just a moment, I am going to be happy with what I have been able to achieve.

So along the way, I have fallen off the wagon more times than I would like to remember, have doubted myself, have made mistakes (trained too hard, eaten too little) and have wanted to give up. But I didn’t.

Now I know how easy it is to give up and I know how many of us go through these same obstacles when trying to be healthier, no matter how great the motivation is. For me, my motivation every step of the way has been my 2 little love nuggets. I want to be the healthiest version of myself that I can possibly be, for them. everything is always for them (the weight gain that got me here was for them) but even with everything to gain and nothing to lose, it is never easy.

Whatever your motivation, I want to help, I want to share, I want to feel connected and I want to bring together all of the experiences we have had and I want to support wherever I can.

So lets build a community, let’s talk, let’s share and let’s spread the love.
